Organising medical education can be extremely difficult as the best instructors often have many other commitments. As a result, changes to our course number are not easy to accomodate. Consequently, our cancellation policy is as follows - Cancellation 29 days or more before a course entitles you to a full refund or transfer to a future course. Cancellation 28 days of less prior to a course results in forfeit of the course fee.

If we have to change a date or a venue of one of our courses, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. Verdigris Medical Education will not be responsible for any financial losses as a result of a date or venue change.
