If the viewing on the night is adversely affected by the weather, as determined by the event manager, then a booking on an alternate night or refunds will be offerred.

In accordance with our COVID plan, the ASSW staff will be practicing good hygiene on the night. We ask for your patience and cooperation, and also please do not attend the event if
- you have a fever or a cold or a flu-like illness, including symptoms such as sore throat or cough
- you have travelled outside Western Australia and are therefore required to self-isolate for 14 days after date of return
- you have been in contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus and are therefore required to self-isolate for 14 days
If you are unable to attend for the above reasons, a full refund will be provided.
