CLASS CANCELLATIONS • Enrolments are assessed by the number of fees paid. • Any class may be cancelled 3 working days before the start date if the minimum number of paid enrolments has not been received. • Participants enrolled in a cancelled course will be notified and fully refunded. REFUNDS • If students withdraw from a class, refunds are payable in special circumstances only and by written application. • A $10.00 administration fee is deducted unless Brimbank City Council is liable for cancellation. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS • There will be no classes on Public Holidays. ARTWORK COLLECTION • The last collection date of your art pieces is two weeks after the last session of each course. Left over pieces will be disposed of. Privacy Collection Statement: Personal and health information collected on enrolment forms is used solely for the purpose of participating in the program that you have enrolled in. The personal and/or health information will not be disclosed to any other person unless required by law. You may apply for access and/or make amendment to your personal or health information if required by contacting Council’s FOI Officer in writing.
