Country on the Green – Ticket Terms & Conditions 1. Rain, Hail, or Shine: This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. In the case of severe weather that necessitates a change of date, no refunds will be issued. However, tickets will remain transferable to the new date or transferable to another person if you can not attend 2. Refunds and Transfers: • No refunds will be provided for change of mind or unforeseen circumstances. • Tickets are transferable to another person if you cannot attend. 3. Ticket Entry: • All attendees must present a valid ticket, either printed or ready for scanning, upon entry. • No entry will be permitted without a valid ticket. 4. Prohibited Items: • No BYO alcohol. Small snacks are allowed. Large bags will be refused entry. • Large bags, gazebos, or large umbrellas are prohibited. • Picnic rugs, camping chairs, and small handheld umbrellas are permitted. 5. Alcohol and Behavior: • Any attendee caught with alcohol not purchased from the venue will be asked to leave without a refund. • Individuals showing signs of intoxication or exhibiting aggressive behavior will be removed from the event without a refund. • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): • Under the NSW Liquor Act, it is an offence to: • Sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. • Allow intoxicated persons to remain on licensed premises. • Sell or serve alcohol to an intoxicated person. • All patrons must comply with directions given by venue staff to adhere to these laws. • RSA laws apply both inside the venue and on the bowling green. 6. Event Lineup: Please note that the event lineup could be subject to change without warning. This ticket is for Country on the Green as an event and not for any particular act. 7. Age Restrictions: This is strictly an 18+ event. ID will be required for entry. 8. Food and Facilities: • Food will be available for purchase at the event. • Water stations and sunscreen will also be available at the venue. 9. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
