Children must be supervised at all times.

Prams and strollers are not allowed in the venue due to occupational health and safety.

Children are welcome to dress in their favourite Princess dress or cosplay character. We recommend against adults dressing in Princess cosplay as it confuses children with the professional characters appearing at the event.

Our Royal photographer will be capturing the magic of the day for promotional purposes. Please advise our photographer if you do not want your child photographed.

By purchasing a ticket to the event you release Once Upon A Princess to any liability in the case of injury or accident and comply to the terms and conditions.
