Should the event be cancelled, ALL tickets will be refunded in full.
If the event is rescheduled, the customer will have the choice of ticket transferred to the new date OR refund within 48 hours of the date change announcement only.
If the customer CAN NOT make the event, they can re-sell or transfer the ticket to a nominated person by advising the promoter no later than 48 hours before the event.
There is absolutely no refund if you can't make the event but is up to the event organiser to offer you a credit for a future event.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
