General: The event organisers reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry or remove any person, including any person who causes a disturbance, or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made by the organisers. The event organisers reserves the right to ask you to present any bags or parcels carried by you. You must comply with any reasonable directions given by the event organisers, volunteers and the security arrangements for the event and the venue. This is an all ages event, family-friendly, strictly no alcohol, no smoking/vaping and drug-free event. Relevant COVID-19 government guidelines at the time of event will apply. Venue: The event is held outdoors at the Golden Square Pool grounds. The pools will be open on the event day and all children attending the event must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times. Golden Square Pool's Watch Around Water Policy will apply on the day.
Photography and Filming: Both photography and filming will occur at the event. All attendees consent to their photography and filming as members of the audience. By entering this event site all attendees agree to being photographed and/or filmed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. If you wish not to be photographed and/or filmed, you can request not to be photographed and/or filmed by contacting the photographer and/or videographer at the event.
What items can’t be brought into this event?
- Alcohol: this is an alcohol-free event.
- Glass: this includes glasses, bottles, jars, or any other containers or items made of glass.
- This is a smoke free event. Smoking and Vaping is not permitted within the Event Precinct.
What can be brought to this event?
- Non-alcoholic drinks - this includes juice, soft drinks, sports drinks. Also, a large variety of non-alcoholic beverages and food are available for purchase.
What if it rains?
- In the event of scattered showers or rain on the day we will still go ahead with the event. It is even more fun in the rain!
- In the event of life-threatening Thunder/ Lighting / Storm putting people at risk of lighting at the time of the event the event will be rescheduled for a further date to be announced at the time of event. In case of rescheduling and ticket holder cannot attend new day and time the ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another person or transfer to a future event date.
- If needed, the decision to postpone the event will be made on event day. In the event of inclement weather patrons should check the Facebook event BEFORE departing for the event for messages regarding traffic, parking or wet weather arrangements.
