Places in the clinic are finalised when payment is made and tickets are received.
Please note that when you select OK to register this indicates agreement to terms and conditions as set out on this disclaimer.
Permission to participate is granted once tickets are purchased.
Permission to take photographs and use images for promotional purposes is granted when a ticket is purchased. Please advise us if you do not want your child to be photographed.
North Shore United is not responsible for any damages caused and are exempt from liability.
North Shore United will administer First Aid where necessary. Injuries can occur in sport.
By purchasing a North Shore United ticket I acknowledge I have read, understood and agree to the above terms and conditions and I personally consent to the application of these to my child. I warrant that all information provided is true and correct.

North Shore United (NSU) is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of attendance at an NSU clinic.
North Shore United disclaims all liability for, and damages of any kind arising from the misuse of all published and distributed material, including the information and photographs displayed on North Shore United website or social media platforms.

North Shore United Privacy Statement
North Shore United recognises the importance of protecting personal information collected from you. We take your privacy seriously and treat all member information in accordance with this privacy statement.

North Shore United Cancellation Policy
All clinics will be refunded in the event of cancellation due to wet weather etc. A full refund will be given to those with a change of mind up to 72 hours before the clinic commences. Afterwards a 50% refund will be transferred to the customer. Extenuating circumstances such as injuries or an accident or family emergency- a full refund would likely be granted less a $20 administration fee.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
