Little Dribblers Term 2, 2025 Basketball Clinic Event Terms & Conditions
*Applicable payments are to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the clinic. Payment is by Credit Card
*All registrations must be completed online via TryBooking (www.trybooking.com). Confirmation of payment and registration will be provided to all customers.
*All participants who register will also be covered for Public Liability Insurance via (Dual Australia Policy no: BMM/43761/000/21/M)
*Cancellation of bookings (provided in writing) will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the schedule commencement date and refunded in full. No refunds apply if cancellation of bookings is within 72 hours of the scheduled camp, clinic or event commencement.
*Cancellations related to weather and COVID-19 related circumstances may attract a refund at the discretion of Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics. You should contact us for further advice as needed.
*It is presumed that all participants attending Basketball clinics and events are physically fit for active play. Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics does not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss by any participant involved in a Basketball camp, clinic or event. Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics coaches and staff will act accordingly within their best judgment in an emergency requiring medical attention. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the payment of any such medical expenses.
*Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics reserves the right to use photos and video footage (taken by Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics during *Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics programs) for promotional material, website display and advertising purposes; unless otherwise specified via email by the parent/guardian.
Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics reserves the right to refuse or remove any participants from clinics, camps or events that do not follow Codes of Conduct set forth by Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics .
*At their own discretion, Little Dribblers Basketball Clinics has the right to reschedule or cancel clinics, camps or events for any reason whatsoever. Scheduling of all clinics, camps or events advertised on the website or promotional flyers are subject to change.
