Ticket
The ticket is proof of purchase of the event and must be presented at the time of entry to the event. The ticket is non-transferable. The ticket is not to be duplicated.
Refunds, Exchanges and Replacement Tickets
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event details. Host Organising Committee does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket
A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange a ticket.
Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation, the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law), if an event takes place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend due to changes in personal circumstance or adverse weather
Fees
The price shown for tickets on a Site includes GST and, where applicable, fees that are calculated on a per transaction basis. Per transaction fees are included in the ticket price. The fees calculated on a per transaction basis include handling fees. Handling fees cover the costs of providing ticketing services, including things like third party costs and operating an internet site.
Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
Notification: If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you once we have received the relevant information. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation or rescheduling before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled and the date and time of any rescheduled event.
Cancellation: if an event for which you have purchased tickets is cancelled in full (and not rescheduled), your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the price of your tickets (minus the cost of any credit card and third-party ticket processing fees).
Government Health Directions: You and your guests are required to abide by all government guidance and directives aimed at preventing the transmission of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases (including guidance and directives which may apply in the State or Territory where the event is held).
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
