In the event that an evening has to be postponed (eg. for bad weather) an alternative date will be chosen. If you wish to attend on the alternative date no action is required - your existing tickets will be valid on the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date a refund will be offered.

Refunds requested before the date of the event will be accepted. Those requested on the day of the event and "no shows" are not eligible. Please note that the Trybooking ticket fee (50c per ticket) is not within our control and is not refundable under any condition. We refund all monies we receive.

The Canberra Miniature Railway is now a cashless venue - cash no longer accepted. Please bring your card/device.

ENCLOSED FOOTWEAR IS REQUIRED - no thongs, sandals, etc.
