ALC Transformations and what is next for 2025
Throughout 2024, many New Zealand firms have significantly improved their organisations and work practices, reducing overlaps and handoffs and streamlining value delivery. As we look towards 2025, we have an opportunity to band together and help further improve our organisations, economies, and society.
In our last ALC meeting for 2024, we have three iconic NZ firms join our panel to share their experiences and lessons transforming their businesses:
- The Warehouse - Sam Kater, GM of Strategy and Corporate Development
- Air New Zealand - Joanna Gilbert, Agile and Lean COE Lead
- Kiwibank - Simone Darragh, GM People Transformation
The focus of the discussions will be:
- Business context and their overall transformation approach
- Lessons and learnings - what has worked and what hasn't. What to watch out for
- What's next for 2025
In addition to the panel, you will have plenty of time to discuss concepts shared and collaborate with peers on how they are approaching similar problems. The intent is to work together for the betterment of all.
