Mini Mindfulness (Years 3-6)

Join us for an hour of fun and relaxation as you practice mindfulness through yoga! Learn how to control your breath, try simple meditation, and become more aware of your thoughts and feelings. This session is perfect for kids to feel calm, focused, and happy. It's a great way to relax your mind and body while learning valuable skills for handling stress. Whether you're new to yoga or have tried it before, come along and enjoy a peaceful time to help you feel more balanced and mindful every day!WHEN: Thursday 3:30-4:30pm
DURATION: Week 3 to Week 10 (NOTE: Cross Curricular Activities will not be running in Week 2).
AGE: Years 3-6
COST: $120 per Term
