During this course you will practice wine sensory techniques and recognise specific NZ wine styles.
Upon completion of the course you will be able to explain the basic concepts of how white, red and sparkling are made, be able to recognise some of the most common wine faults and speak with increased confidence about wine.

This three evening artisan bread course will have you baking like Harald in no time. You will produce sourdough baguettes, Danish pastries, potato bread, focaccia bread and a variety of buns.

(Liquor) License Controllers Qualification NZQA Unit Standards - A must before you apply for your bar manager's license with the council.
By law, every hospitality business that sells alcohol must have a qualified person in charge at all times.
After completing the Licence Controllers Qualification (LCQ) you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and the responsibilities and requirements for the service of alcohol in licensed premises.

Learn about the history of coffee, how to operate and maintain espresso machines, get hands-on practical training for all coffee styles, and an introduction to customer service skills.
Learners must be 16 years or older.

Using traditional European recipes making a wide range of different sourdoughs and Danishes. Harald’s emphasis is on health; all products are made from natural ingredients.
This three-evening artisan bread course will have you baking like Harald in no time. You will produce sourdough baguettes, Danish pastries, potato bread, focaccia bread, and a variety of buns.
