EIT Wine Appreciation Short Course (Hawke's Bay) March 2025
During this course you will practice wine sensory techniques and recognise specific NZ wine styles.
Upon completion of the course you will be able to explain the basic concepts of how white, red and sparkling are made, be able to recognise some of the most common wine faults and speak with increased confidence about wine.

Day/Time: Wednesdays from 12 March 2025 (6 weeks) 6-8pm
