This session is an opportunity to bring your questions and issues about implementing IQ or any other quality system. You will be able to hear from some of the IQ Assessors, who will offer hints and tips to make your life easier. You will also be able to talk to other people on the same quality journey, and share your issues and observations. Hopefully at the end of the workshop you will feel reinvigorated for your continuing quality journey.
