On Thursday 5th September Upmo students are invited to join our annual Sponsored Walk in Holyrood Park to help fundraise for the charity. All money raised will help us in our mission to provide support and opportunity to adults with learning disabilities and autism across Edinburgh and the Lothians.We encourage students and parents/carers to fundraise using our JustGiving page, where all participating students will be listed. This will be shared once you have booked your place. Paper copies of sponsor forms will also be given out by Team Leaders onsite.
There's a maximum capacity for this year’s walk, and we will check bookings at the start point. There is not an option to sign up on the day, and bookings must be made in advance.
This event is for students only, with the exception that if the student does not attend Upmo on Thursday and requires 1:1 support, their parent/carer may attend with them.
