Mediation for children workshopAt the soul glow event we will be holding a children’s and mediation workshop. At Formby Hall on the 6th October in the Links suite
Mediation for children is actually so powerful and beneficial and it gives the children a perfect taster of how they can mediate when they feel stressed, worried or even just over worked with school.
During this session it will a children’s only giving parents time to shop or have a pamper knowing their children are safe.
