Enjoy an evening with our bat enthusiasts and discover the wonders of these miniature mammals. Learn how to identify different bat species, how they use their habitat, and what we can do to improve it.

We’ll begin the session with a short introduction to bat ecology and how to use the bat detectors. Followed by a circular route starting in Leitrim Park to Pevensey Road Nature Reserve, where we will walk, talk and learn.

Meeting point: Meet at Leitrim Park, Uxbridge Road entrance, Feltham. Please meet us at the entrance closest to St. John’s ambulance site. What three words: parts.smiled.unwanted

Free of charge

Please bring a torch, all other equipment is provided

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear - wrap up warm!

Suitable for adults and children: No unaccompanied children.
