About

In this expedition, we will aim to traverse the Scottish Highlands from West to East along Scotland’s great canal route, by canoe. You will be guided along the length of the Caledonian Canal from West to East. Accommodation will be at formal campsites along the route, where we will camp each night. The canal and lochs, including Loch Ness the longest loch in Scotland, provide constant interest and a few sections of excitement. The landscape is endlessly fascinating, with a wide range of wildlife encountered on each journey. The route is prone to strong winds and completion of the route cannot be guaranteed.
