Nature & Nurture SEND parent/carer wellbeing group
About
This is a monthly wellbeing group for parents/carers of SEND children. It will offer a friendly and supportive space to focus on self-care. We will use art and nature-based activities, as well as utilizing peer support.The venue has a lovely garden and woodland area which we will use in the sessions.
The sessions are facilitated by Jenny Clarke and Cara Luff who are both qualified therapists.
Come along to meet others and explore self-care techniques in an understanding and supportive environment.
Hot drinks and biscuits provided.
Jenny and Cara are part of the Nature & Nurture Collective, and emerging group of practitioners working together to support neurodivergent people and the parents and families of SEND children. Please see https://www.nature-and-nurture.org/ for further info.
