Leatherhead to Dorking along the Mole Gap Trail

About
A lovely hike along the River Mole
Join North Downs Way Ambassador and Surrey Hills guide, Pete Lambert on this lovely 6 mile hike from Leatherhead to Dorking along the Mole Gap Trail.
Starting at Leatherhead train station we find the River Mole and take a nice easy going route to our destination.
The walk has some lovely scenery and there will be a few laughs on the way.
This is a great walk for those just discovering hiking.
The walk should take no more than 4 hours and will be fully guided all the way.
Dress for the weather and bring plenty of fluids and a bit of food for lunch.
Once in Dorking we may well find a pub for a quick bite to eat and drink before making our way home either via train or someone collecting you.
The walk is dog friendly but we do insist they are kept on a lead.
Parking an be found at the station or next to the park just down from the station approach.
If coming by train please make sure you give plenty of time before the start.
When you book the tickets it is best to get a return from Dorking via Leatherhead which is the cheapest option.
If you are not there by 10:15 the group will leave without you.
Friendly, safe and fun
