Volunteer management workshop

About
This workshop is an opportunity for volunteer managers in our area to share their knowledge and experience and discuss common issues. As well as a chance to network with others in the same role, the aim is for people to take away some practical ideas they can try out. We’ll go through the different stages in the process and hear what people have found works best for them. Come along and meet people who do the same job as you!
The cost, to help cover the cost of venue and refreshments, is £5 for LDCVS members, and £10 for non-members.
