The workshop offers a new perspective on procrastination. It examines the different types through opposite origins. It emphasises the process of finding the root cause of procrastination and builds it into the treatment plan.Procrastination is often perceived negatively, viewed as laziness or a lack of discipline. However, the reality is that procrastination is a complex behaviour influenced by factors like fear of failure, perfectionism, or emotional regulation challenges.
Understanding procrastination as a psychological response rather than a moral failing can foster self-compassion and encourage healthier strategies to manage time and achieve goals effectively.
