Join the Kings guide to the Kent Estuary, Michael Wilson, on the historic bay walk from Arnside to Grange with tickets in aid of The Wish Centre, supporting families affected by domestic abuse.The walk from Arnside has varied terrain and is between 5.5 to 7.5 miles depending on the safest route. At some point in the walk you may be wading through the estuary so be prepared to have wet feet! Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Please note: The walk starts at 4pm, it is advised to be in Arnside an hour before the start time to allow plenty of time to find parking etc. If you park in Arnside then you can get the 5 minute, scenic train ride after the walk, back from Grange. Alternatively, park at Grange then get the train to Arnside before the walk to finish back at your car.
