6:30-6:45pm Arrivals and settling in
6:45-7pm Opening Circle and Jumping the Fire
7-8pm Ecstatic Dance
8-8:30pm Sound Bath and Meditation
What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- Your dancing feet
