Ceramics Summer School with Steve PatersonThe week will cover all the basic pottery making techniques, including; Throwing, Hand building, Slab building and Coiling, Culminating in a Raku event at the end of the week.
It would be great if you come prepared with some ideas. Sketches photos or doodles are all helpful so I can help you turn your ideas into reality with clay.
A list of anything you really want to produce, try or develop is also good but not essential.
The course caters for people with no experience right through to intermediate.
So it doesn’t matter if you have lots of skill and want to try something new, or have never touched clay before.
It’s amazing what you can create in one week with clay, imagination and tuition from Steven Paterson.
To book, select the first date : 9th June to attend the full 5 day course.
The course will run from: Monday - Thursday, (Friday off for firing) then the last day will be on Saturday .
