Learn about the signs and clues to look for in search of some of our secretive mammals.


This family friendly activity will meet at Middle Trendlebere Car Park, East Dartmoor National Nature Reserve and involves a longer walk down the old Manaton Road to Hisley Bridge and Woods.
This will be suitable for more adventurous families and adults who want a longer walk and will be approximately 1hr-1 1/4 hrs. The path is rough and stoney, and muddy in places. There is a steep descent down to the bridge, returning the same way.

This event is part of the Yarner Wood Wildlife Discovery Day and is organised by Dartmoor National Park Authority and Natural England
