This online session will explore how childminders can approach and manage challenging conversations with parents, whether around a child’s development, behaviour, health, or safeguarding. It offers a supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from best practice alongside fellow childminders.

Led by Paula-Jane Wylie, Partner at the Thames Valley and South Central Stronger Practice Hub, and Lisa Bedlow, Hub Associate, the session will provide practical guidance, useful tips, and the opportunity for open discussion in a safe and supportive environment.
