Join us for an open day at the Ironbridge Community Willow Bed and learn how willow is grown and harvested as a weaving material. Severn Gorge Countryside Trust volunteers have restored this site with funding from the Green Communities Grant and will be on hand to give you a tour and tell you all about willow varieties, living willow structures, willow binders for hedge laying, harvesting and preparation.
