Nordic Walking (SOLD OUT)
Wiltshire Federation of WIs invite you to join us for Nordic walking, this is a total body version of walking that can be enjoyed by non-athletes as a health promoting physical activity. The walking is performed with specially designed walking poles similar to ski poles. These (sanitised) poles will be provided for you to borrow to take part in this activity.
