Friends of QEGS invite you to join us for our very first Auction of Promises Dinner on Saturday 17th June 2023.Enjoy a lovely evening of lovely company, good food and great music and help us raise money to buy a new minibus for school. We are delighted to have Mr Michael Mashiter as our Auctioneer for the evening who will be encouraging you to bid on some fantastic auction prizes.
Tickets cost £45 per person and will include a glass of fizz on arrival and three course dinner. Tables of 8 and 10 are also available at a cost of £360 and £450 respectively. A 15p booking fee per ticket applies.
Menu and wine lists will be sent out closer to the time. The Roundthorn hotel is also offering a special rate for B&B that evening. Your confirmation email will have contact details attached.
