Faces: Face type to be selected per entry. This may not be able to be changed at a later date.
Entry Fee: Senior Saturday 1 Session £11.15, 2 Sessions £22.30. Sunday £22.15. Whole Weekend £38.45
Junior Saturday 1 Session £6.15, 2 Sessions £11.30. Sunday £11.15. Whole Weekend £19.45
Late entry: Additional fee of £2.00 to be applied to all entries placed after the advertised closing date.
Juniors with a shooting adult from the same family group shoot for FREE. The adult must shoot the same number of sessions/days as the junior.
Awards: Will be awarded at the end of each day for the single WA18 (first round & bowstyle shot only) and the WA Combined, subject to entries at the time of closing.
Closing Date: 15th March 2024.
Refreshments: Tea and coffee will be available to purchase on the day.
Music: There will be music played during the day, and on a low volume during shooting.
Dress: AGB dress regulations rule 307. As this is a sports hall please wear suitable indoor shoes.
Drug Testing: Record status shoots are liable for drug testing. Any competitor approached to give a sample for testing MUST comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Where an entry is completed by one or more junior archers, consent must be given for each by the parent of legal guardian.
Photography: The provisions within the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adult's policy requires that those that wish to take photographs at the event are to register with the tournament organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, Archery GB, the Club, the Tournament organiser and the working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code.
Data Protection: When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitiors for example target lists and results may be published.
Neither Wymondham Archers nor Easton college can accept liability for damage or injury caused to any person or their property whilst on, entering or leaving the grounds howsoever caused.
You can book either Saturday (Session 1, Session 2 or both) or Sunday. If you would like to book the whole weekend select the Junior Weekend or Senior Weekend ticket for the other day you wish to shoot to get the discounted price.
Please only book the Weekend ticket if you have selected a Saturday Session 1 and Saturday Session 2 tickets.
Data Collection is repeated per ticket as people change bowstyles etc.
