Veteran Tree ID Walk, Finsthwaite (SOLD OUT)
Join us on a fascinating walk to learn about the tales told by the trees. This guided walk will take in the varied and historically interesting landscape of Finsthwaite Heights with a focus on the trees and the stories they tell.
We will visit some veteran and ancient trees, hopefully recording one or two special ones for the Woodland Trust Ancient Tree Inventory.
The walk will be on established tracks and is not strenuous, but there will be sections of uneven ground and a couple of short and steep sections.
