It's not just an event, it's a movement to promote self love, good health & raise awareness about your wellbeing. Highlights include speakers & workshops, total relaxation with Sound Bath/Gong Therapy, Meditations, Breathwork & Yoga. We also have Tantra. Relax with Holistic treatments in our Relaxation Room, speak to our experts from Oxford Natural Longevity Clinic, not forgetting our organised Firewalking and Cold Water Dip challenges & many activities on the lawn.Skincare, festival hair & braids stylist, and makeup will be in the beauty room for demos, talks & pampering throughout the day.
VIP ticket holders can enjoy exclusive perks like a comfy VIP lounge, mini pamper sessions & boxed afternoon tea. Evening event from 7pm with food, drinks & dancing.
Adult Entry admits to both events & includes workshops, speakers, tasters & demos.
