Join us for an evening of sausage making, artisan cider tasting followed by drinks and a meal in our café.Our talented Butchers will give you a demonstration and talk, then you get to have a go at making your own sausages. Learn the art of linking before taking the sausages home to enjoy. Sample a range of local ciders alongside a two course supper with a Q&A with the suppliers.

• Croots handmade caramelised onion sausage roll, pork pie and scotch egg, accompanied by Pitchforks Piccalilli, smokehouse chutney, baked baguette, balsamic vinegar & pickles
• Duo of Croots homemade pork sausage sat on a buttered mash potato, roast root garden vegetables and caramelised onion gravy
Tickets available at £39.95 per person includes a welcome drink, demonstration & making sausages, cider tastings, two course supper and sausages to take home.
