Brave the Cold for Lancashire Women
On Sunday 14th January we are going to meet at Marles Wood at 10am to go for a New Year Cold Plunge to start off your year right with a refreshing dip. The dip will be be the day before ‘Blue Monday’, which is claimed to be the day of the year where people find themselves the lowest on average, so to fight the blues why not take on the plunge. It will be a fun, social event and the perfect way to start of 2024!
There will be a breath session before the dip to get you calm and ready, and after a free hot brew will await you!
Participants take part at their own risk, please make sure to read through our safety guidelines outlined in your event pack on best practice for your plunge. Over 18s only.
