Are you enthusiastic about composting, keen to learn more, share your experience and support others with composting? As a Compost Champion, you can support and inspire composting as a response to climate change.We are bringing people together who are passionate about composting from across the district to spread enthusiasm, skills and experience and to inspire action.
Compost Champions can encourage others in their communities to start composting. This can be done in a variety of ways which best suit you and your community. Find out more about how to get involved and if you'd like to be a Compost Champion at an introductory get-together – a space to ask questions, share tips, and meet other keen composters.
Thursday 1st February 5.30 - 8pm at The Herbarium, Lancaster (5:30 - 6pm refreshments)
The Compost Champions Network is supported by Closing Loops, a FoodFutures collaborative project created to stimulate a thriving local economy in North Lancashire.
