Welcome to the North West Ambulance Charity's first ever Cross Bay Walk. Join us on this spectacular walk across the stunning sands of Morecambe Bay as we walk to raise funds to help save lives across the region.
Guided by Michael Wilson, the King’s Guide to the Sands, you’ll leave Arnside at around 9:45am and begin your walk across the bay to Grange over Sands on a safe 7-8 mile route.
Depending on the sands, the route normally takes between 3 and 4 hours to complete.
