On Monday 26 February 2024 at 8pm, we are delighted to be able to welcome to Solihull School, the BBC's Michael Buerk, who will be hosting a discussion with a panel of special guests.These include:
• Baroness Barran MBE, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State
• Omar Deria, considered a ‘super-head’, and currently serves as the Executive Headteacher of The Petchey Academy in Hackney
• Dr Nigel Fancourt, Associate Professor of the Education and Values Department at University of Oxford
• Baroness Morris of Yardley, Former Secretary of State for Education during the Tony Blair administration
• Lord Storey CBE, Education spokesperson for the Liberal Democrats in the House of Lords
Michael will open the discussion with introductory questions for each of our panellists, followed by questions from the audience.
