Community Conversation: Disability Access
About
This community conversation is your opportunity to have your say about the subject of "Disability Access" in the Lancaster district.Participants will be discussing, in small groups, where they have faced barriers to access in the Lancaster District (around four themes - Transport, Buildings - public and private, Attitudes and Environmental access) and what they feel could improve access in these areas.
The issues identified with inform future campaigns.
We are hosting 2 events both at Lancaster Universities Management School.
This venue has plenty of parking (including Disabled) and is accessible via bus.

We will be holding an afternoon event and an evening event on the same day to enable a wide variety of participation.
Refreshments are available and the event is Free to attend.
Partners involved include: NHS, LDCVS, Lancaster City Council, RNIB, Neuro Dropin, Lancaster University, Enabling You!, Morecambe Bay ME Group
We are running 2 sessions on Thursday 29th February, 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. You only need to attend one session.
