Join our nature conversation event in Barrow!
About
Join us in Barrow for one of our nature conversation events across Westmorland and Furness to help shape and inform our Nature and Biodiversity Action Plan.Hosted by the Council’s Cabinet Member for Climate and Biodiversity, Councillor Giles Archibald, these events are free and open to everyone.
They will be an opportunity for you to hear from the council about the importance of biodiversity and the council’s response to the biodiversity emergency. We will be joined at the events by some of our key partners that are taking action to help address biodiversity loss.
It is also an opportunity for you to let the council know what you are doing as individuals or in your community to support nature recovery and biodiversity, share your views on future actions and any barriers or challenges to nature recovery, as well as ask any questions you may have.
We hope to see you there!
