1pm – 4.30pm.
Delivered on Zoom
At Scottish Families we regularly run a workshop call Exploring Stigma and the Power of Kindness. We now want to share our reflections of running these workshops with a new audience as well as create a forum and opportunity for you all to talk about your work and experiences.
In our first session we will be joined by guest speaker, Michelle Young, Dr of Philosophy, of ALM College Dundee and Dundee University, who will be discussing her PHD and work on Stigma with a focus on Language and Culture.
We'll also be joined by Dr Lynne Gilmour & Louise Honeybul who will discuss the The Stepping Stones Study which is an NIHR-funded qualitative longitudinal study evaluating the care pathways for women who use and/or are in treatment for drug use during the perinatal period and their babies.
