In this workshop herbalist Lesley Hoyle will guide you on how to make your own sprouting jars and produce plant-based milk from activated nuts and grains.You will learn about different pulses to sprout and their uses, different varieties of jars and the different stages of sprouting and how to make meals from activated and sprouted pulses/legumes/seeds that we will share on the day. Take home your own sprouting jar, a "sprouting bundle" and a hand-out with instructions, health information, recipes and links to resources.
