Join us to learn about the Leadership Exchange programme and how it provides a framework to offer an insight into different organisation cultures, constraints and opportunities. This is a unique chance to expand your network, see things differently, share best practice and build connections across boundaries.

ACOSVO Leadership Exchange pairs cross-sector leaders from middle, senior & executive levels to improve leadership capacity between peers.

• All sectors are eligible - voluntary, public & private.
• With leaders matched from the Scottish Government, NHS, Police Scotland, voluntary sector organisations, and many more.
• The application deadline for our next cohort is 14th March 2025.
