Coniston Charity Kayak Race (CANCELLED)
About
Twenty teams of three members will partake in an exciting kayak relay race across Coniston Water, with the winners completing the course in the fastest possible time. Each leg of the relay will be approximately 800m in length.Teams are required to pay a £30 entry fee, and aim to raise £300 through sponsorships. All money raised by the event goes towards helping fund St Mary's Hospice, CancerCare, and Ford Park Community Group.
With huge thanks to Water Park Lakeland Adventure Centre for their support in facilitating the event, by providing the space and equipment for the relay to take place.
