Sharp, dynamic creativity through movement. Cornered explores physical theatre and movement in a fresh, exciting and explorative way.
Join Sophie Jane Corner for 3 days of devising through movement combining written word, poetry and voice through the physical body. A physically interesting way to create in the room, working on solo performance and collaboration. The workshop will contain 2.5 days of exploration working towards a final showing on our final day. Challenge your skills in a "on your feet" medium.
Sophie is New Perspectives (2024-2025) New Associate She studied Drama Studies at Demontfort University, Leicester (2015,2018). Since then she has gained credits within; film, theatre, commercial work and voice over with over fifty credits to her name. Sophie has continued her training with movement workshops notability, Advanced and Masterclass workshops with Frantic Assembly. She is also BADC Member & Yoga Teacher.
