Dementia: Hope of a Life Still to Be LivedHNY Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Collaborative are delighted to present our sixth annual international conference across Humber and North Yorkshire to celebrate the great work that is happening across our mental health, learning disabilities and autism services.
The main theme of this year’s conference is dementia. Topics from our Humber and North Yorkshire Showcase will include the Humber and North Yorkshire 3 Year Strategy for Dementia; hearing from North Yorkshire based charity Dementia Forward on the work they do to support local people and their families; and young onset Dementia.
This event will take place via MS Teams and the joining instructions will be shared nearer the time.
