Our retreat combines a deep reconnection with the natural world…soul-awakening yoga practices; awe-inspiring hikes; the grandeur of the annual deer-rut; and a transformative writing workshop with a difference; held deep in the heart of England’s beautiful Lake District.Using transformative Narrative Therapy techniques, and the wisdom of conscious awareness, we will give you the tools to take stock of your life journey, express your true self in the present moment, and create your dream life through the awesome power of the written word as you step into a bright future.
