West End Christmas Fair 2024 - Stall Holder Reservation
Our Christmas Fair returns this year with a mix of Commercial/Craft stalls, Entertainment, Food & Drink, Tombola and other attractions. We are advertising to the local area as well as to the school community and expect a great turnout.
We are offering a choice of indoor or outdoor stall reservations.
Indoor booking + Table £50
A 6ft wide x 7ft deep space allocated in our indoor venue, including a 6ft x 2ft 6 trestle table
Outdoor booking + Table £20
An outside space, including a 6ft x 2ft 6 trestle table. (Stallholder provides their own gazebo or suitable cover)
Stalls are available for you to sell and/or promote products and/or services. We ask that you do not have any form of raffle, tombola, or lucky dip type activity as part of your stall.
Please note that we have separate arrangements for catering stall bookings. If you are a catering stall selling food or drink for consumption at the fair, please contact us separately at xmasfair@gspa.uk to register your interest and we will get back to you.
If the Fair, or the stalls element of the fair, is cancelled for any reason, including COVID-19, your payment will be fully refunded. Should the fair and stalls element of the fair go ahead and you chose not to attend, for any reason, payments are non-refundable.
